To reach Newlands from Cape Town, take the N2 highway towards the airport. After about 7 km, exit onto M3 towards the Southern Suburbs. Follow the signs for Newlands, which is approximately 8 km from the exit. Parking is available at Kirstenbosch and in nearby residential areas, but can fill up quickly on weekends.
